JOB DESCRIPTION

Inside Sales Representative
(Ideally based out of Washington, IN facility)
PURPOSE OF POSITION: To maintain and grow existing smaller accounts as well as develop new smaller accounts.

TASKS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a territory of small accounts (<$25,000 accounts)
  • Enter quotes/orders into Navision for specified territory
  • Liaise with production, scheduling, purchasing, customer service, and outside sales to ensure inter-nal processes are being followed and customer issues are handled appropriately
  • Qualify new customer leads and monitor sales reports
  • Facilitate all moulding quotations, pricing and sample orders
  • Follow up with production/shipping to respond to quality or shipping issues

Maintenance Technician
PURPOSE OF POSITION: To minimize downtown due to equipment related malfunctions and assist in ensuring constant productivity in all production areas.

TASKS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions to equipment malfunctions
  • Complete all work requisitions as outlined by Production Supervisor
  • Train Operators on the proper use of equipment
  • Monitor and maintain the inventory levels of parts and all tools
  • Ensure all safety practices are adhered to and report infractions to the Production Supervisor
  • Ensure proper maintenance for all equipment
  • Develop and maintain an adequate Preventative Maintenance schedule for all equipment
  • Be the primary contact for production related Contractors

JOB DESCRIPTION

Production Supervisor
PURPOSE OF POSITION: Assist the Operations Manager with all required functions in the designated area.

TASKS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise production operations in accordance with plant policies and procedures
  • Conduct annual employee evaluations
  • Schedule shift production requirements
  • Understand machine setup and operations
  • Supports and enforces safety regulations and company policies including reporting requirements
  • Assist direct associates with production issues to ensure job specifications are met
  • Studies production schedule and estimates work hour requirements for completion of jobs including managing overtime hours
  • Conducts Lead Hand/ Team Leader meetings
  • Determine temporary staffing requirements and co-ordinate with Human Resources
  • Compiles time and production records and fulfills shift reporting requirements
  • Establishes system for development of cross-training, teaming activities, and continuous improvement programs
  • Orders supplies and parts and completes work orders for machine repairs
  • Assists with the preparation of time estimates for jobs and monitors them, reporting deviations to the Operations Manager and Customer Service while making recommendations to resolve problems and increase efficiency
  • Investigate work related injuries, completing accident reports and making recommendations
  • Supervise the maintenance of good house keeping practices from all staff to ensure a clean and orga-nized production area at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned
